Is your transponder working at all? Get it checked or request a new one. I travel over the bridges in Phila. One of mine stopped working. It was about a month before I realized on a trip up the NJ turnpike/ Garden State parkway that it was not working. The bridges billed my account based on my plate for about 20 days and stated violation on it. I had not understood what it was for. I did not get anything in the mail and the actually they stopped charging me for 10 days or so. A transponder of a coworker also stopped working. He said he got violations in the mail.
