I have only had 2 problems. One day, I got a violation notice, which was bogus, and another day, the EZPass wouldn't pick up my tag. I did find out that there is a life span on the tags, there is a battery in the tag that keeps the information stored on it, and overtime the batter will die out and the tag will start having problems. This may be your problem. Call the office and ask them if they can provide you with a new tag...
