Have the dealer take a look at it....

Took my 99 D into the dealer with the same complaint and they looked at the windshield which was not installed properly and not sitting flush. They replaced the windshield under warranty.
It has helped some with the noise, but alot of the drafting appears to be coming from the windows and poor sealing with the stripping.
Hope this helps, don't know much to do about the noise and drafts from the windows (poorly designed).
