I had this problem, and spoke to another on the forum. We were both able to fix by loosening the bug shield, moving it, and tightening back up. Apparently the bug shield can cause a resonance to develop which vibrates the windshield pretty badly. Moving the shield removes the resonance. If it doesnt work the first time keep trying different positions
