High Speed Wind Noise...this is STRANGE

Hello all, I have a D SLT+ 4.7, with the "Dodge bug deflector" kit. Now and then, I get a low frequency..... hmmmm...how do I explain this one???? I know its wind related, when going 65-75 mph I will get this BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR noise that is totally wind related. If I pull behind an 18 wheeler it stops, also when driving into a head wind, it may do it if there is a gust at lower speeds. I have checked the bug deflector and it seems tight, the only other thing I have found is the rubber molding that runs down the side of the grill possibly not fitting right...but it is intermittent and a tough one to figure...I have had it to the dealer a few times and they say no problem found every time...any ideas??
