Phillip I have learned alot from the FAQ's page here at the club, you can too. After much research and advice from the group I went with IP stage 2. The S&B filter that comes with the IP has an open ended cone filter unlike the K&N which is closed off. Stage 3 cold air induction can be added if you live in a hot climate, I may add the stage 3 this summer. But for now (winter) I'm OK. Stage 3 adds a housing to the filter to seal out warm air and has a duct that goes to the front grill opening to capture cooler air. Check out the IP web site for more info. They are a corp. sponsor. As for super charging I'll defer to the more experienced members who actually have them. Wish I could afford one, but the wife would kill me for spending that kind of money when my D is already quick enough to get me in trouble. Not that that would stop me ;-) Maybe in a couple years, when the motor needs some freshening.
Good Luck and welcome, Todd
