Quite a cost saving--maybe, but does it make up for the stock options and bonuses that the exec's probably get and will it make up for the employee pay raises that the Unions will extract at contract time. As usual, the consumer pays the price of these increases with a decreased list of standard features for the same or higher sticker price.
