There must be something about a pick up truck!

This is only slightly OT since it involved Traveler's older brother the DAK. The Rocket is basically a stock '97 Dakota Sport model with a 5.2L 5-speed, a tonneau top and chrome rails and side steps.

Mike and I traded vehicles the other day and while the D gets more than its fair share of admiring glances, it doesn't rival the looks we get in the Rocket. It just struck me a little funny, but I guess folks consider a truck to be "different." I also get a lot more "challenges" when I drive it even though I am more likely to beat the pants off somebody in the D since I don't have to worry about shifting and I do have a couple more ponies under the hood.

Any how, I just thought it was interesting - and gives me a chance to post a pic after he got all washed and polished up.
