"D" front suspension noises. SIMPLE SOLUTION

My "D" recently developed the front end pops and cracks that I have seen others wright about. So I jacked up the front end and looked everything over. The first step is to try and shake the wheels looking for any looseness other than the left right turning motion. It seemed as though everything was tight there. So the next thing I did was get some silicone spray and sprayed it on and around the anti sway bar bushings(4- 2 on the frame and one on each bottom control arm for each wheel). Then I sprayed it on the control arm(A Arm) bushings top, bottom, front, and rear, were they mount to the frame of the vehicle.( Bushings are hard pieces of rubber that the bolts run through at mounting points)
If you don't know what parts I'm talking about get in your D and turn the wheels all the way in one direction  kill the engine get out and look in behind the wheel the control arms are shaped in the form of an A there are 2 for each wheel. 0ne on top and one on bottom they hold the wheel to the frame the shock is mounted to the bottom A Arm also the anti-sway bar is mounted in the front on the bottom, it(anti-sway bar) runs all the way across and mounts to the other side in the same way. Were the A shape meets the frame is were the bushing are that need the lubricant. CAUTION: only use 100% silicone because other lubricants might damage the rubber bushings causing a big problem.$$$ There are a total of 4 places on each side for the control arms and 2 each side for the anti-sway bar. It won't hurt to lub the ends of the torsion bars also. After locating these parts spray alot of lub all over and around these bushings (you can't use to much) Then go for a ride on your favorite trail working the suspension well. It will take 2 or 3 times to completely work in the lub but it will make it quite and improve the smoothness of the ride. If the sounds don't stop soon after go see your favorite mechanic.
