2k and 2001 are different radios... The shape of the radio is different, so the 2001 radio will not fit in the dash of a 2000. If I could find a good head unit to replace mine, I would sell you mine. I have yet to find one that really impresses me. I have a Sony MDX-C8900 if you want that! :)Dave
