I do not belive it. Do you have uneven tire wear? Jack up the front of the D with both wheels of of the ground and shake your tires. Look for loose linkage and movement in the ball joints and steering linkage. This stuff should last 100K miles unless Dodge parts are junk. (which I do not belive)
