Finally got hooked up with my Ultraflow SS oval like the one you mentioned.  The approximate body dimensions are 9.5" wide x 5" thick x 20" long (25" overall).  I was a bit anxious as it was being welded in because I didn't really know what to expect for the noise level.  Relieved to find it seems only a few decibles over the stock in the cabin and slightly more from behind, but throatier with a nice little burble from a chrome on SS 2.5" to 3" round turndown style tip I had welded on.  The great new sound and look are kind of lost on the wife, but she has no complaints about the extra decibels.  Let's try to do a lunch or grab a barley pop after work some time soon.
