No actually, I didn't remove the entire flare. Instead, I removed some of the screws inside the fender well which allowed enough 'play' in the flare so I could bend it out a little. Took a Q-Tip and some alcohol to clean the surface first. Then the process was three steps. First, apply the liquid adhesive to the metal contact surface. Second, apply the liquid accelerator to the flare. Third, press and hold the pieces together for 3 minutes and you're done. According to the instructions it acheives 50% strength in 10 minutes, 100% in 10 hours. The tubes were thin enough to get into the small space.
I've checked it since last week and it's still good.
Like I said, I'll post the brand tomorrow.
Hope this helps!!
