I noticed it happening to the front fender flares on my '01 just last week. I didn't want to take the time to bring it to the dealer so I fixed it myself. Bought some heavy duty high strength adhesive at an auto parts store that is desgned for moldings and such. Applied it and TAH-DAH! Problem solved. Cost me all of $4.00.
