tire rotation sequence using 5 tires

Hi all!!
Anyone rotate using the spare as well? I'm looking for a sequence for rotation that uses 5 tires. I rotate every other oil change (6k miles) and want to use the new spare on my first rotation. (x pattern or front to rear with spare?) Let me know your thoughtsThanks!!
