The forum configuration file didn't have a line entry to support Netscape v6.?, it only went up to v4.? - ghee, now I wonder why that would be! ;^P I just duplicated the entry for the v4.? line and changed the browser type to v6.? and voilé, the "Attach a file" check box reappeared!And here's an attachment, posted using Netscape v6.1!
