Got mine inspected 3 days ago. It passed with flying colors with the TB and the intake. Here are the official numbers:

NOx Standard: 1196 Mine: 76
HC  Standard:  129 Mine: 19
CO% Standard: 1.08 Mine: 0.03

Normally I wouldn't remember this, but I have the failure report because of my PIAA 1500's. Stoopid DMV...

Anyway, I think you're okay if you do the TB and Intake.
