Does anyone else hear this noise

Hi this is the first time I've used this forum.
I have a 2001Slt which I love but on quick accelerations such as taking off from a stoplight quickly I hear the sound of a clunking noise coming from the rear at first I thought It was the Spare tire not really tight but when I took it into the dealership they said everyting checked out ok and they didn't hear the noise. Funny I still hear it.does anyone know about this sound?
