:( Still having problems

I had knee surgery on Wednesday, my husband went to pick up the 98 D that afternoon he walked into our house and said something is very wrong. The tranny was slipping constantly but instead of turning around and going back he brought her home. He checked the fluid and there was NONE. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck out to get her. I called late yesterday to find out exactly what had happened this time and they said she had an airpocket of sorts. My hubbi and father said no way so I called the Transmission shop that helped me to get them to replace the transmission and she said NO can't be and she called the dealership, now they said it was the cooler that had the air pocket and they replaced that. The transmission shop also thinks they put the wrong transmission in the car, I'm waiting for a phone call on that. I called Chrysler and they said I have a warranty of 3 years/ 30,000 miles which I thought I should have anyway. I'll let ya'll know how it goes but I think I'm filing a complaint with the state corporation today.
