Got the headlight back and looked at it at the dealer, it did look scratched up but not that bad. I said fine paid the $330 dollars for labor and the new assembly. I got home and tried the screw with MY set of tools and guess what.....the screw turned just fine. SO now what??
Personally I think the Mech. at Dodge screwed it up and used the wrong size star wrench head and blammed it on me, when I KNOW I did not stripp that bolt out. So now I am suppose to wait till Tuesday to talk with the Head Service Manager about it since I already told the guy who helped me with the problem and he did not have much to say but " it looked stripped when you left"
Just typical "five star dealer" treatment for me.
