Finally!, Finally!

Thanks. I have the Fastman TB on both my Durango AND my new Ram. I figured it out. Had to work the hat back into the place it goes, then there was enough slack/space to lift it up and install the s-bolt AFTER I had the hat in its general place. Worked great. Just painted the tube and will have it installed before day's end.
