Either this guy is telling a "big fish" story, or he is just ignorant!!! Funny how $2000 (actually $5000 if you look at what he paid) worth of mods can get it to where it will outrun a Shelby or Hennesy (sp?) Durango. Most Mustang mod freaks would be ecstatic to run 118 mph at the 1/4 mark. You're talking sub 13's at that speed if my memory serves me right. No Durango that I know of can even come close to that for $2000. You'd have to spend close to $20K on a D to break into 13's anyway.
