Before you replace it, I would see if someone here can help with another suggestion.  Also, it might be worthwhile to take it to Pep Boys or some other place that deals in aftermarket accessories.

I find them to be MUCH better than the dealer for this stuff. I can almost guarantee that they would never have quoted $89.00 to adjust lights in the first place!  When I wanted to have mud-guards installed, dealer quoted $85.00 (1 hour labor).  Cap World did it for me for $15.00 and it only took them 20 minutes.
