No sudden moves - Lane changes, turns and corners need to be done more slowly and smoothly to avoid having the trailer start to rock around back there. Also if the trailer is taller than your D, be aware of wind push when passing or being passed by large trucks.
This points to keeping a longer than normal distance between you and the car in front since you won't be as maneuverable as you are used to and it will take longer to stop as well.
Oh, you mentioned speed, it's real important to reduce speed when its windy out especially if you have a taller trailer. it'll push it around pretty good.
Good Luck.
