Just heard from my wife that the vehicle will be sent to Richmond for a repair. We will be without the beloved "D" for about a week. Not exactly sure what the problem is, but it apparently is "ABOVE" the dealers head. They are being very kind and giving my wife a lot loaner instead of a rental for such a long period of time.
