Had the same problem - the drain tube was not properly re-connected

Its real easy to get to -
1. Remove the seat belt pulley on the passengers side panel and remove the side panel (just pull on it).
2. Gently pull the edge of the roof liner near the front on the rear door.
3. You should see the plastic tube and its connection to the A/C.

Its possible that yours came loose at a more difficult location, since mine leaked just above the side panel and sometimes near the front of the passengers window (after hard braking).  But, I would wager that its definately the culprit.
