They have pulleys in several configurations.  

I have two piece pulley set which replaces crank (drive) and altnernator.  Works okay, disadvantage is if you sit around in stop and go traffic a lot your alternator is not charging battery.  Bad is you are running air condition etc, will put a major draw on your system.
