I loved my Kenwood Z919 because I can make data CDs full of MP3's since I have about 50 gigabytes worth of MP3's. It also was great in that it had a built in electronic crossover, so even with only a sub amp, the head unit isn't powering the bass. So it could get much louder & cleaner. But I didn't like the fact that the Z919 didn't have a removable face. Also its buttons were too small and it took too long between songs.
The Z828 fixed all those things and also added a built in Line-In so I can hook up my laptop and it also has a built in electronic spectrum analyser(mostly for hahas) but it looks real neat.
Best of all was the fact that I sold my z919 on Ebay for $450 when you can buy them brand new for $500 and bought the new z828 on Ebay for $500...
