I have a 99 5.9 and used the 3923's. Someone told me the difference between the 3923 and 3924's once before, but I forgot!! I think it has something to do with the heat range or something. When I bought them, I was told that the plugs I needed were 5224. Those are the OEM replacements. I personally have to reccomend the 3923's from experience. But then again, everyone's truck is different. It might be unbelievable, but on a good day, I get 19-21 MPG at 70 MPH. I am sure when I get the Fastman TB, that will change as I will want to get on it more often!! And YES Ole, I will be awake!!!!
