Well, I almost got a new D yesterday. It just didn't have the tow package, something on my "MUST HAVE" list. "Oh" the dealer says, "We'll just put on a tow hitch, same differance". "Hmmm" I says, isn't there a larger alt? A trans cooler? Oil cooler? Isn't the suspension a little different? "Nooooooo" he says.

These guys are a high volume dealer. They don't expect to see most of the people who buy vehicles ever again. Heck, they're over 40 miles away from us. What I need to know, is what is in the tow package??????? One of the items on my like to have list is 4W Disk breaks. I read a post about someone installing that on their D a while back. Was that an aftermarket item, or a MOPAR item?

Also, what is 26G group? 24G? What's the code for the Off-Road package? Now he says (the dealer) it's to late to order a 2001, and to soon to order a 2002. Any truth to that? Does the R/T come with headers and larger pipes? Boy, Aren't I full of questions this AM? I MISS MY D, AND I NEED A D FIX! NOW!
