My 98 D squeaks over bumps and it is driving me crazy !! Jeff Broadhead

Hello all, Well my 98 D 5.2 4X4 has started to make a squeaking sound every time that it goes over a bump. It appears to be coming from the front of the truck and it is driving me crazy. Is there a known problem with this as I seem to remember hearing about this problem before. Any help would be great and than I can drive it with the windows down again :)Thanks in advance.
