It is finally time to replace my tires - looking for advice

I decided that after attempting to stop today and finding myself slip/sliding away onto the shoulder of the highway that I needed to finally replace my original BadYears (60K miles - not really all that bad).

Now, Sears has Perilli Scorpians on sale for Father's Day at $98.00 each. Are these tires good for mostly on road with occasional off road driving? Is there something better out there for around the same price?

I don't mind spending around $100.00 each for something that is going to get me where I am going and last another 50-60K miles.

I am planning on sticking with the existing size - 31X10.5X15 unless someone can give me a good reason to go to 32s without having to change anything else.

Suggestions, recommendations, etc requested.
