Looking for opinions on the Warn 3500 lb receiver winch....

Hey, I was looking at this winch. Already experienced a couple situations where it would have been *really* handy. I have a front receiver, so I'd be able to use it on the front or rear, as required.

For those of you with more experience winching your way out of sticky situations:

Is this a winch I should seriously consider?

Ya think it has adaquate power for coaxing a D out of a mud hole, snow drift, or other such situation?
