You could check out BFG All Terrains if you do only light off-roading. They are an excellent off road tire, but also perform very, very well on the street.

You might also want to check into having your new tires siped by the tire dealer. This helps tremendously when driving in the rain and also on icy roads. Siping usually runs about $10 per tire.
