Has anybody dealt with Star Coach?

Let me start out by saying that I am not trying to bash Star Coach, just trying to get some help. We purchased the Shelby Dual Exhaust and the front and rear facia and also the side skirts to put on our '99 "D". We love the looks of the exhaust and the facia's, but haven't gotten the grill inserts we returned to them back or all the parts to install the side skirts. We have made repeated attempts to contact them and we have even emailed Mr. Ascher in hopes of help. Unfortunately we have heard nothing and it is going on 3months now. Does anyone know of another way to contact Star Coach or has anyone else had any problems with them. Again, we really love the new look of our "D" we just want to complete the process we started and paid for. Thanks for any inputs. Also we are curious as if the Military Chapter is still up and running. We have emailed Steve Watson 3 times with no reply. We are military in Florida and would love to get together with other military "D" owners or other Florida "D" owners.
