Tires, problems, and questions CJ A

One, IF in germany you can basically go as fast as the car will allow, wont the stock tires heat up too much. I remember a while back people were stating how they hit the magic 116mph, but warned not to stay there too long as the tires temp rateing isnt that high. In germany wouldnt the same thing happen, the tires would get too hot. I dont know i was just wondering. Also i have a 98, SLT+, 3.92, part time, 34,700miles, I believe the warranty is aready up, but the right front wheel is relaly going crazy. Teh outer edge of the tire is almost completly bald, while the inside is very NOT worn down. This seems liek a camber problem, however i have no idea ho to fix that, would i have to take it to the dealer? Also could this be causing the right front brake to RUB almost constintly. When i turn it may go away for a sec, it just seems as if the caliper is dragging on the disk. I also have tons of brake dust on the front rim. When pushing the brake pedal down about .5 inches, the rubbing stops. Well any help would be great, thanx all.
