What should I be Ildeling at?

I ask this because I took my D in for service at my dodge dealer to have the coolant leak fixed to have new spark plugs,fuel injectors cleaned and TB cleanded So I take the D home the next day I start it up and it is alot louder and its Ideling at 900 rpm it used to only be 400rpm. So should I make a appointment to have them look at the D? Thanks
