I tow a 26' TT. It's all loaded up with "STUFF" too. Ya always want to keep your tanks as full as possible, so it don't slosh around, and make ya travel extra, swaying. That "No Load Hitch" is a Veeeeeeeeery good idea. A night and day diff, for the good.
My D is a 99, 5.7. with the 3:92 rear end. So I guess I have a little more torque? I also tow a Baby Back-Hoe (about twice the size of a garden tractor), and a 1 1/2 ton asphalt roller. No, not at the same time sillys. ;-) One time, I pulled the wife's Caprice out of a ditch, WITH OUT EVEN KNOWING IT! I was going to pull the strap tight, and before I even felt a tug, the job was done.
I really like that front bumper from Hansens, but it cost a WHOLE BUNCH OF MONEY! Naw, I don't think you'll have any problems, if ya stick to what your thinking with your TT. Good ole' JC Whitney has a lot of goodies too. They have these mirrors for towing that attach to your regular mirriors. I think it's about $30-$40 a pair. I really recommend them. Oh, by the way, the brand name for the receiver, is "Draw Tight". I just remembered.
Later & Good Luck
