They come with the bushings installed and you will re-use the factory nuts and bolts. You will need to get some thick washers from a hardware store to shim the new shackles as they are slightly thinner than the stock pieces.It you have the tow package, you will need to remove the hitch before you can swap the shackles out. With the hitch in place you won't be able to remove one of the upper shackle bolts.
