$1000 seems high for just used rims

I know they supposedly sell for $532 each brand new, but I just won an auction from on ebay for 4 brand new rims and tires for $910.
These are brand new 2001 RT model rims & tires. I think they had more sets available and I can give you guys the email address of the company selling them.
