going from top to bottom in the picture, and from left to right in actuallity-

Switch # CONTROLS
1 Driving Lights on Grill Guard
2 Strobe Light Set A in front parking lights
3 Strobe Light Set B in front Parking lights
4 Strobe Light Set A in Rear Reverse lights

and the red switch next to the blue LED sets the strobe lights for either day or night mode (night mode is less intense)
