Yes! I've had one for a little while, and love it!

As to performance gains...I don't know. My testing was done on the 1/4 mile track, but those kinda tests have too many variables. However it did allow the motor to rev right to redline before shifting, and it eliminated the 112 mph top speed governer. I believe it was worth the money, I I believe that my other mods work better with the MP PCM! Oh, I have a 2K 5.9L...sorry, I'm not sure about the 4.7L...

ps - Aaron, I believe BuiltD, answered your question. Go back through your old posts and check. I believe he said that it has one but at the speed it's set to, drag limits your speed more than any governer...
