Fog lights and high beams on at the same time

About a year or so ago, someone posted they had a kit to have both high and low beam headlights on at the same time. There was some feedback that some D's had their head light cover melt when they had both on especially with the higher wattage bulbs.

I did not see anything on having the fog lights on with the high beams and wondering if there was a kit available? Please reply to post or email me if you remember who posted the original message or if there is a kit available for having the fog light on with the high beams.
