Re: Quad Beam question

All 3 wires are hot with no lights on (positive ground) If you have the Quad Beam relay with 2 wires (green&white), connect the green wire to the outside red wire, white to the purple&white wire. I wired this to the right side headlamp. Also you can have the fog lamps work on high beam. Pull the foglamp relay from the relay & fuse panel on the left side under the hood,. Make up a 2in. jumper wire with 16 or 18ga. wire with 2 spade terminals. Plug them in to the 2 terminals running front to rear of the vehicle. DO NOT reinstall relay. Thats it. Hope this helps you.
