Hi Jerry,
Actually, if you have a 99 or 2K D, you can set it up so your fog lights will stay on when you turn your high beams on, you don't need a kit of any kind (if you have a 98 D, you will need a relay of some sort). I also use my fog lights most of the time for better road visibility. Check out:
