You're not going to find an Aluminum Crankshaft. Aluminum isn't strong enough to withstand the dynamic stresses and loads inside an engine. On top of that, in a high powered engine, aluminum is not what you want because it will torque the aluminum crankshaft into a pretzel. Even if you could find an aluminum crankshaft, you would then probably need to use aluminum pistons and rods so that the counterweights could be balanced easily without having to add weight to the crankshaft.
