4.7 Rough Idle in the Morning... Anyone with a fix?

A Dodge friend at work with a Dakota with the 4.7 L engine was telling me today about the trouble he has been having with our local dealer. He has been having occassional mornings with rough idling on his Dakota. We are in the South so it is not too cold at all, low 50's. He has taken it to the local dealer and they told him that due to him using 'bad gas' that it won't be covered under warranty! What a joke. He called D-C to get that problem straightened out which D-C cleared up for him. They still tried to charge him at the dealer despite having an authorization number from D-C customer service! Anyway, the dealer told him they would 'flush the throttle body and injectors' and that should fix the problem. It hasn't. Can anyone here help our Dakota friend? He has tried the Dak web site with no luck. I told him of the great help the DOC can be! Has anyone else with the 4.7 had trouble with rough idling on initial startup and if so, how did you fix this problem. Thanks for any help!

My Flowmaster 70 should be here any day!
