Warranty, of course. It seems that ifn I had the extended warranty, they'd have even paid for a loaner. How does a dealership get a 5* rating? That's supposing the 5* is a good rate. So far, to me, it seems 5* means bend over... we cleaned the glass out of the Vasoline, kinda.
