Just adding shocks won't help ride height lift, they're for dampening and will help in ride comfort.

A tire change to 32x11.5 will add height without messing with suspension but you may have to crank the bar up or do minor fender trimming for proper fitment. If you don't want to trim you could get the 32s with new wheels and CUSTOM offset and width for them to fit.
