After market service contract companies have been forced to pay via credit card

because many dealers and independant shops would not accept the warranty, because of slow or no pay. A post above mentioned a dealer audit. That is a real concern of dealers, service and parts managers. I once went to work at a dealership 3 days after the auditor got there, he stayed for 6 weeks at the dealers expense. All audits are at dealer expense, dealer must provide an office, and any or all records the auditor requests.
